Go for a Stroll

Black coffee will also help you achieve your daily hydration goals. Despite the caffeine in coffee and tea, there is not enough caffeine to create a diuretic effect. You don’t have to drink decaffeinated tea and coffee to achieve your daily hydration goals.

Eat a Citrus Fruit

You don’t have to infuse lemons or limes into your beverages. However, you should make a concerted effort to eat citrus fruits and other produce that is high in vitamin C. Vitamin C is one of the most important micronutrients for supporting an efficient immune system. If your immune system is operating efficiently, your lymphatic system won’t have to pick up the slack and slow to a crawl eliminating destroyed fat cells.

Keep in mind your recommended daily allowance of vitamin C will be higher than average if you are immunocompromised or a smoker. Also, note that you don’t need to buy a multivitamin with a gram of vitamin C. You can get your recommended daily allowance of vitamin C by eating citrus fruits, broccoli and tropical fruits. We recommend eating at least one serving of fruits and one serving of vegetables with each meal after your session.

Don’t Drink Sugary Beverages

Although you need to maintain hydration and get plenty of vitamin C, you shouldn’t drink large glasses of orange, apple or mango juice. Fruit juices sold at grocery stores are extremely processed and have sugar added to them. Added sugars should be avoided until all of the liquefied fat cells have been flushed out of your body because sugar taxes your immune system. This, in turn, stresses your lymphatic system and decreases its efficiency.

Limit your intake of processed foods and drinks during the first 28 days following your SculpSure session. If you eat store-bought cereal or breakfast bars, look out for added sugar. It is okay to eat processed foods, like canned soups, in moderation. However, you should strive diligently to avoid eating foods with added sugar. Remember to read the labels on processed food containers carefully. Even canned soup can have up to 20 grams of added sugar.
